Recipe - Stir-fried Aubergine with Pork

Here is a simple recipe that is easy to make and super tasty

Time: 15-20 min  Serves 2


  • 2 small aubergines
  • 100 g pork mince (can be replaced with chicken or a meat-free alternative)
  • 20 g finely chopped garlic 
  • 5 ml shaoxing wine 
  • 15ml light soy sauce 
  • 10ml Sheng High Chilli Oil


  1. Wash aubergines
  2. Place in steamer or steam-dish and steam until soft (approx. 8 mins)
  3. Mix chopped garlic, shaoxing wine, light soy sauce with pork mince and stir fry in wok 
  4. Place stir-fried pork mince into steamer with aubergines and steam for another 5 minutes 
  5. Take out of steamer, add Sheng High Chilli Oil and it's ready to serve!
